RIRBPS CELEBRATES THE 2nd ANNUAL RI Rhythm &Blues HERITAGE MONTH AUGUST 6, 2010

 Preservation Hall Rhythm & Blues Band

 

With Special Guest Performers

All Star Jam Session

 The RI Rhythm & Blues Preservation Society is celebrating and promoting classic R&B music  with a touch of jazz at its 2^nd annual Rhythm & Blues Heritage Month fund raising Festival being held  Friday, August 6, 2010. 8PM—12 PM, at the Cape Verdean Progressive Center, 329 Grosvenor Ave., East providence, RI 02915. Admission: $5.00.  For more information and advance tickets call 401 461-0012. The celebration will include entertainment , all star jam session, hand dancing, raffles and fun. All proceeds are to benefit the Instruments for Children scholarship Fund and general  operations.
